Themes/programme
The seminar will address the current challenges, threats and opportunities of the energy sector in Latin–America, the Caribbean and Europe. It aims at exploring possible areas of research to be developed and at setting up recommendations in order to strengthen the dialogue and the cooperation between both regions.
