Travel

Participants are asked to make their own travel arrangements.

As a participant in the framework of the Austrian EU Presidency, you and one accompanying person are eligible for special congress rates on full fare flights with Austrian, Austrian Arrow and Lauda. Please use the following code when booking: Code-EUPR6.

Transfer

Information on airport transfer will be sent to participants with the registration confirmation.

Admission to the conference

Participants will receive their name badge on registration at the venue.

Costs

There is no conference fee. The conference organisers cover the costs of travel and two nights of hotel accommodation of invited participants.

Interpretation

There will be simultaneous interpretation of all items on the programme in German, English and French.
