On 8/9 May a two-day joint meeting of national parliaments and the European Parliament on the future of Europe is taking place, chaired by the President of the Austrian Nationalrat, Andreas Khol, the President of the Austrian Bundesrat, Elisabeth Roth-Halvax, and the President of the European Parliament Josep Borrell Fontelles.
On 8 May, following the official opening, (beginning 15.00) four working groups will discuss the following themes:
